Coronavirus interventions: protecting communities from disease by preparing a pandemic plan – Online course

Until we have a vaccine for coronavirus, we need other methods to prevent infection: a social vaccine. In this segment, students investigate interventions used to reduce the transmission of COVID-19 by exploring materials from various public education campaigns, government policy responses and interviews with a STEM expert. They evaluate and argue for the value of particular interventions.
