Terms and Conditions

1- Failure to indicate your acceptance of the invitation by the due date will result in your place being allocated to another school on our waitlist without further notice.

2 - This is a free program. However, any subsequent change by you to the number of students attending, your cancellation of the program, your no-show on the day or requests to change your arrival/departure times on the day may result in your school being invoiced the full cost of the program at $60.00 per student plus an administrative charge of $150 per school.

3 - After receipt of your acceptance you will be forwarded further program details.

4 - A home school teacher must accompany the students and is responsible for the supervision of their students, at all times, during this program.

5 - Teachers and students must stay for the full run of the program which starts 9:30am and finishes 1:00pm. Registration opens at 9:00am.
