Eukaryotic cells

Eukaryotic cells are relatively larger and more complex than prokaryotic cells.  Eukaryotic cells are characterised by containing many membrane-bound structures that carry out specific functions.  Collectively, these are called organelles.  How familiar are you with the workings of the eukaryotic cell?
